New cam, rockers, charge air cooler & overhead done 15,000 miles ago, also my fuel is black, fresh fuel will turn black in 200 miles

Is there a lot of oil being pushed out of the dipstick? You could have a broken bolt and/or cut o-rings on one injector. But that doesnt explain the jake noise.Who did the overhead? Maybe you should have them check it out? Most jake problems are because they are improperly adjusted.
-
Dubuque peterbilt did the overhead, but they went out of bussiness last monday, last summer it pushed 3 gals oil out the breather running across neb. at 1750 rpm , went to peterbilt , they capped the breather on the side of the block & added a new valve cover breather . Latey the engine is developing oil leaks every where

waukesha used to be one of th best pete shops around. I'd take it there you definatly have allot of pressure from somewhere.

The crankcase ventilation is blocked probably thats why when the engine sees boost the crank case gets pressurized pushing oil out of the dip stick. If your fuel turns black that fast chek injector hold down bolts, they could be stretched to shat and you are blowing soot back in the fuel system, also since you are missfiring that bad and fuel turns black i would almost bet thats what it is.

I haven't been there in years and years. it was mid nineties when we got rid of our trucks. They still can't be worse then madison though. I had so many problems with that place a few years back I started taking the truck to freightliner

Portage, IN is probably the worst Peterbilt dealer EVER as far as service, my dad left his truck there last week for a water pump. It was to #### cold to do it myself so we let them do it. It took 3 trips from MI to tell them what was wrong, first time they changed the 1" hose that runs from rad overflow to back of pump, so we left pissed off after we started the truck and still leaked. Then next time they said it was a loose clamp, this time i was so pissed off they almost called the cops, after getting the general manager involved and calling Peterbilt direct they finally replaced the pump with just 1 HOUR of labor charge for the inconvenience.... $400 for pump and $100 for labor.
Never again, if it was my truck id freeze my ### and do it myself but since the old man is rich he can afford it

I haven't done much there either since the mid 90's, We got rid of our fleet of petes in 96
