You should be up around 800hp nowThe 59s,stage 5,cam and a ECM from DDS on a 15.8L it should be making more than 550 thats too much for me!!!!
Even on a good C15 you will only get 550,000 miles before a rebuild thats how hard we are on engines over here.
Is 6969 a hot injector code or do you mean 6999?????

 

yea ,I mean 6999, how do i get the ecm to DDS, i hear they are getting good power from the 7cz ecm

 

Get a mod to do a PM for you,I know he is very busy at the moment and hasn't been on here much,the 7CZ will get good HP.

 

How high is the boost going now? A Stage 3 turbo shouldn't be pushed past 38 Lbs of boost. I would think you are up into 40+ Lb range now with this set up. I have friend that blew a Stage 3 turbo up with just the PP box set on 7, trim codes, and 57's. He's now running a Stage 5 with the 57's and the box set on 6 at all times.

 

Mr Haney,I finally got a e-mail back from Tom about my turbo he is saying that Great Lakes are getting someone else to do there turbo's now,but he's not sure if my turbo is his or not.
All sounds a bit strange,have also tried to get some more info out of Great Lakes about the injectors but they wont answer any of my e-mails.

I would suggest staying away from Great Lakes Diesel. Everything I hear abou them is negative. They won't answer any of my questions either. But this is just my opinion.
