Pretty good! You found the balance between mileage and productivity. I don't care what they say, if you are driving 72-75, you will average 100 miles more per day than 62-65. That's close to 1 1/2 hour of work per day.

    1. 6nz is not the best motor cat has made that honor goes to the 1693 and 3408, they are the motors that got cat the reputation of being the best.

    2. A completely rebuilt 12.7 cost 21k installed, that includes every thing new, sensors, air compressor, front gear train, hoses, clamps and clean up of engine compartment, a little less than a cat inframe that can run 25-30 k

    3. Power and durably, ran over a million miles on a inframe with it set around 650 HP. No internal failures , one injector broke. Engine still running strong when it went in for the change, lots of blowby from valve guides, only using a gallon of oil in 10k miles.
My high performance turbo cost $750, How much for a cat turbo?
