Tks for the vidio. Is stock power an option with them. And what about cranking them up?

The cut out test numbers didn't seem all the same to me, so how does that make them balance ? My numbers are ALOT closer after the trims were program in the ECM with a little tweaking on 2 weak ones and 1 strong one. But Im still on a learning curve, so fill free to enlighten me, I insist.

Diesel dave what sort of cylinder cut out test are you doing? you will get a defferent result with different cylinder cut out tests, the difference between a automated 1 cylender test and a 4 cylinder cutout test is massive. the results on that video was a 1 cylinder cutout and there is 2.8% difference between the highest number and lowest number. (keep in mind that the 2.8 % is not fuel flow) I dont think I had upped the fuel pressure yet either. one thing that i have been wondering is what the fuel pressure is at each injector along the fuel rail, would make for good data if it can be measured. what you are doing can be done in the engine but would take alot of mucking around and you realy have no clue how many cc each injector is flowing without doing it on a bench.
let me know how you are doing your tests and maybe take a pic and i will do the same. thanks

They're not a very good injector in my opinion. Looks like hes running them in a head on a test bench. This does not meet today's standards. Kinda old school. Every engine is different so the best thing you could do is find a shop that does just injectors and has a dyno.
I know of a few good reputable fuel shops spread across canada and one other in place in flordia.
I'm not on this forum like the rules stated to sell you my merchandise like some other folk on here.
Western turbo in a Winnipeg has an awesome injection shop.
Saskatchewan Can't remeber the shop name his name is Joe I think. Wicked injectors!
Dieselsoup is good but there machines lack quality.

You should hit up an ADS show.
