Have cat c15 acert mxs with low boost won’t go past 30psi max loaded or empty. No leaks in CAC or pipe connected to it. Has little blowby a little bit oil leak out the tube. Blades on turbos are good too. What should I check next or can turnos be going bad?

Might check the boost sensor port on the head, remove the sensor and make sure its clear. I've had a couple that were plugging off due to the carbon build up in the head. I have a machined plug that I can install at the intake on the lower turbo and then apply 30 - 40 psi of air and test everything on the intake for leaks, bad spot is from the second turbo to the jacketed water cooler connection, also able to test boost gauge this way.

Thanks for reply. I changed boost sensor was very plugged up. Had a friend hook up his computer an ended up finding IVAs 3, 4, 5 were coming up as low current/ not responding. Don’t know why check engine light never came on. Gonna try a replace those see what happens. Thanks again
