Cat single turbo boost issue

I have a feeling this is another one them threads where the OP asks a question, gets everyone worked up into a good lather then you never hear from him again. Lol. Frustrating .

 

Sad, but true. I hope he does come back. The wealth of knowledge that this site has to offer is immeasurable. I am still amazed at how easily some things are resolved by the experience/knowledge of people here. It made my project more enjoyable.

 

You are pretty naive about this, if it is a converted acert and did not get the programming changed to go along with it, the engine will not run properly without the accompanying file to disable the acert operation.

 

Where did he say that truck was running correctly and lost power?

 

He is still new here, he will learn eventually.

 

Just squash it he's nowhere to be found!!!!!
