I have a n14 cummins 460e and a 3406b cat. They are both incrediably reliable to me. The cummins is a little more tempermental i think due to it being electronic where as the mechanical cat is always consisnt. The cat has cost me more money in repairs than the cummins. Although the cummins seems to find more places to leak oil from. Power wise the cats a 425 cummins is a 460. The cat pulls way harder empty but pullin a load the cummins will hold its power a little longer. I like em both dont think you can go wrong with either

I just want to clarify my earlier post, I did a round trip shuttle run from Syracuse to Watertown and back in the Sig 600 Cummins did not spend much time in it but was really impressed how it pulled..

Ever price an ISX Turbo?

Cat all the way, I've never seen a cummins that has anywhere near the balls a cat has..

no kidding. I just bought both turbos for an acert due to an exhaust sleeve and it was still cheaper than one ISX VGT.
