According to this it was originally a 375.

I think that is correct, but I didn't know that they came out with a 5EK @ 375. Maybe @SAR can confirm?

Everything looks correct and is the same information I get when I punch in that engine serial number @Oxbow.
I think the early 3406E came out with that HP rating when shipped but very well could be turned up.

You guys got it. 375 HP in Freightliner. One piece aluminum pistons. Won't be able throw much fuel at it unless it was rebuilt with better parts.
