    Yea they can't afford them that's why they don't want to have to get them, nothing to do with the fact you can't just stop with a load of critters.

    It's interesting that they didn't seem to have a problem with the 30 minute break when paper logs were in. But the eLog mandate comes along and all of the sudden the 30 minute break is a problem for the animals.

    Just sayin'.

    Livestock has always been exempt from the 30 minute break. And the exemption didn’t specify only when loaded so I never worried about logging the 30 empty either.

    There was only one guy in Vicksburg MS that questioned me on it, and when he read the exemption he agreed with me and said to keep doing what I’m doing.
