So long story short brokered a load to:
queen quick transport inc
2320 e ave q4 #21
Palmdale, ca 93550.
Got the paperwork from them but was not legible. I had to call the receiver for a copy. Turns out a completely different company delivered the load. It was dispatched by a separate broker as well.
GUO fleet express inc
438 Carr ave ste 1
Birmingham, al 35209
luckily i found this out before I quick paid them.
I also know the company that delivered this load as we have worked together before. I called him and told him what was going on. Naturally he is pissed. The load actually paid 2900$ but he took it for 4300$. Told him at least he will get the 2900 instead of nothing.
don’t haul or work with either of these companies they are a fraud and will f-u out of your money. And yes I have all the paper work to prove it.
Admins: if I shouldn’t have posted some of the information please feel free to edit. I just think these two companies should be put on blast for everyone to see.

Brokers and carriers need to start to do their due diligence before booking/tendering loads. I know it isn't easy, but all of the tools and info is out there to spot them. Use Carrier 411, Carrier Assure. Keep internal notes on suspicious calls/emails. Make sure the email handle is registered.
If the person your booking a load with is using the email handle Mary Poppins, Maxwell House, Jackson Pullock or any other dumb scam name, that is a red flag. Same goes for brokers booking carriers with a PO Box at Kinkos and 0 inspections.
If the rate is 2000 more than any "real" brokers have posted on load boards ( ie TQL posted it for 3000, HIGH STREET LOGISTICS has it posted for 5000 ) you should know better than to think a customer that moves 1000 loads a week is that ignorant about rates to over pay 2000.
If youre booking a load with a broker you have never heard of, only 3 months authority - check the DAT reviews, google the company. If you see anything about double brokering, dont book it. Or if you see ten 5 Star reviews and the wording on each review is similar. If its a carrier booking your load posted on DAT, see if that carrier has a DAT account, if not then how do they see your DAT posting - ill answer, they are using their broker account, "not a buddies DAT account"
I know of like 100 brokers and call centers in just Armenia and Uzbekistan that just double broker all day long. Most of the time they just middle man the rate and squeeze a few hundred out of the process, but increasingly they dont pay the delivering carriers and just keep all of the money.Deadhead-er, Siinman, JoeyJunk and 3 others Thank this. -
I think there’s a great opportunity for some wisbang tech savvy young entrepreneur to design a product that screens Brokers and Carriers alike. One product for both. A modern day Gold Book. Preferably one that would make 411 obsolete. We need a transparent system of vetting. Not a 411 type guesswork system. Someone could get rich by designing a practical product. Customers would be Carriers and Brokers alike. Cooperating instead of working against one another like 411 encourages.

Here is a link to a 4 part article from freight waves where Clarissa did some investigating. I spoke to her and sent her the now removed Youtube link and all the info i had. These guys brag about making 500 million a year, living in 10 million dollar homes, gifting 40k rolex watches - on the money they stole/scammed/skimmed off the top from money other wise due to the carriers that hauled the loads. They arent able to call they customer and get the freight themselves, so they take advantage of unsuspecting new brokers and carriers. Just Youtude search - scam call center takedowns in India, some good guys taking down the scammer grifting your granny for her life savings.
