Every now and then...whichever weeks I used Comdata for fuel. I did not check the weeks, which I did not fuel as they had no reason to tap on my account at all. The monthly invoices were sort of separate, simply about service charge: $15.00 and ...for the last 7 they managed to add $9.99. I was not suspecting anything like that. All that was paperless...I needed to log in to download the invoice.
I may be at fault for not catching it earlier but what they did was not authorized by me. I guess, I did not notice the little charges due to the fact they were so little. I am just angry not because of the amount but by the fact I trusted them with my ACH authorization and they abused it.
I mean I'd be just as angry as if I had caught it the very first time.

I’ve been using tcs for a few months. Only problem I have is trying to set up the ach. Tcs said they need a form from my bank,my bank says they need the form from tcs.
I use a cash back card and fund it through western union. The fee is $17.95 for that, but with the cash back and credits from western union I receive $3-5 credit depending on amount sent.

You’re getting pretty worked up over $10 a month when you’ve been losing far more than that at EVERY fillup with Schneider’s “discount” compared to cost plus cards.

    Rideandrepair and wichris Thank this.

What do you mean by "You've been losing far more"?
I only used Comdata when buying fuel at TA/Petros. That's not too often. Still, I fill up at TA/Petro and get 28c off + 2 dol swipe fee. Once a month, Comdata charged $15 for being with them. With one good fill up, I am ahead of all of these costs. For most other transactions, I have Fleet One.
I am not worked up because of money only...It is one thing when a bum steals 10 dol from my wallet, another when I give it to them willingly, out of good heart. In this case they were stealing it.

I use it and have been satisfied. The only big chain I use it for is PFJ which only offers a .13 cent per gallon discount, but some of the discounts at mom & pop stations is unbelievable going as high as .80 cents per gallon. Costs $6.00 per month to have it.

Wow, thank you for the heads up on this. I’ve been looking for about any reason possible to leave them after seeing people post on here about the discounts they get. Who are you moving too now? I don’t get the kinda discounts I see in TTR ever. Normally around 15 cents and that’s it.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

I also have Fleet One Edge...they are not too bad...can get up 1 dol off cash price too, at certain times.
I may reconsider going to NASTC seminar, when it becomes available. Nashville is only 5 hours away.

Believe it or not, XPO has a decent fuel program. Best discounts are through TA/PETRO though.

Because cost plus discounts have been up to $1 per gallon recently. I’m currently seeing .50-.60.
