Cb base and antenna questions

    i would like to buy a cb base and antenna to put in my house. do the words cb base mean that it plugs in to the power outlet (runs on 120v power). also im guessing a 102 or a 108 antenna would be best. Thanks.

    Not if you buy it on Ebay. The words base are suppose to mean plug in to 120v outlet. No the 102 or 108 are mobile antennas. Get a real base antenna. Like an A-99, Maco 5/8, I-Max. You should get about 30+ or more miles.
