CB Handle Registry

Think licensing for CB stopped in 1981.

 

well, I remember that I signed up for the registry in Ontario, Ca and got a little card. Don't remember if it was for a charity, but it did cost something. At the time my handle was "cooter brown" c'mon!

This is the truck that you all are talking about... It is covered with the Handles of 1000's of truck drivers. Mine included. and that is me in this photo. This was taken in 1993 at what use to be the Rip Griffin Truck stop in Barstow California. It is now the TA

 

The truck that you are talking about was called the Truckers Truck, Truckers against Drugs.... I am trying to post a photo of it.. I am standing at the back of the rig. It was taken in 1993 in Barstow California at what was then the Rip Griffins Truck stop.. Now the TA
