Cb install help,please!

    I have a cobra cb,in a 2011 freightliner cascadica. The red wire goes to red knob, and black to black knob,but what to do with the orange wire? Thanks

    Connect the red lead of DC power cord to an accessory 12 volt fuse.​

    Connect the orange lead to a constant 12v fuse (ie: cigarette lighter or direct to battery)​

    Connect the black lead to the negative side of the automobile.This is usually the chassis. Any convenient location with good electrical contact (remove paint) may be used.​

    It came w the fuses for red and orange wires,so the knobs are useless?thanks

    On the end of the fuses should be wiring also. You can connect the red/orange together if needed.

    What is the model number of the CB?
