Ok so lets put crap on a phone so the driver can cause an accident or get one hell of a ticket when the driver is caught messing with the phone ... got it ....

I’ve got a brand new one still in the box.On the shelf. New mike and antenna. Been there almost 6 yrs. I got tired of all the BS. Rude Drivers. Etc. I agree it’s a good safety tool. I once avoided steel on the road thanks to another Driver. Those with radio off all blew tires out. I rerouted myself. I’ll hook it up again soon. I honestly don’t miss the BS and like a train wreck I have to listen in that’s my problem, If it starts to affect my happiness though I’ll get rid of it again. Too much negativity for Me anymore, nothing to prove either.Ill say it was a great source of entertainment for years. Kinda like Bugs Bunny or the three stooges. Lol To each his own. I don’t need one to be Successful

Waze Tells you what side the accident is on. The cb doesn’t tel you most the time either.

    Uh yes, it could!
And if you can see an explosion half mile up you probably wouldn’t hear it on the radio either

Say what? You ask drivers what’s going on. They tell you. In fact, you learn new information in real time, like what lane to be in. Waze is a female computer voice and it requires drivers’ input to its database before she tells u jack.

Heck all you need to do is turn Waze on and bluetooth it to the headset. Set it and forget it. No further fiddling required

The beauty of Waze is that we have the input of thousands of cars instead of just trucks. I advocate using Waze AND a radio

Waze doesn't help much if a pileup just occurred. Many drivers in Wyoming and other places in winter would be better off with a cb on with volume low rather than depending on a phone app.

Wow......Its a good feeling realizing that we have outdone the millenium ,high tech generations in at least one of our dinosaur gadgets.........lets talk about them behind their backs..........on the CB! ( because they dont use them)

Can Waze tell u that your dog is leashed to your bumper in time? Before u drive away and get stopped by an over zealous Motorcycle Cop?......no.....
