I use my CB for certain circumstances. First, if I'm running with someone, or I see someone I know, I'll throw it on to chat. Second, if I'm passing an oversize. You should always orchestrate passing an oversize load for safety. Third, if I'm oversize, talking with my pilot car. Very rarely do I throw the CB on simply to chat with other driver's.
