Problem is if you were there and confronted the thugs, you would've had to shoot them in self-defense at that point. They very easily could've killed that man with a punch to the head. Where's Bernie Goetz when you need him?

 

They were high school students....

All that young man needs is a stern Father...you can tell he never had one...

That kid wasn't that tough....all he did was take a blind swing at a old man who wasn't expecting it...

If that old man had ducked, and swung back...the outcome might have been different...

But no, I would not have shot no one over that incident...

 

I'm not Chuck Norris, so I can't allow myself to be sucker punched then turn the kid over my knee and spank him while assuming that the rest of the herd won't jump in. I've been in a very similar situation and it is amazing the damage that can be done in seconds by a gang like this. The time for a stern father was a long time ago in that kids life, its time for elimination from society for him, sad but true.

That kid is very much so redeamable...and probably already has been set on a better course after he got in trouble by those circulating tapes...

(Their not to bright by taping their own crime, I'll give ya that)...

But then again, down here where I live, to robbers held up a store which was right next to a police station...

I mean the Police station was in plain view of the store...on the same lot, and these robbers still attempted to rob the store...

They didn't make it out...there was an off duty officer inside the store, and like Clint Eastwood, took them both out...but they lived.

But back to those students...nah...I can't go to that dark spot with you...I believe in redemption first...

And I can tell the kid was just 'showing off'...goes on all the time, not just in the inner city...just most don't film it....

If the kid was a 'thug', after punching the guy he would have stomped him and took his money....

He was not a 'thug', he was simply a student, trying to show off infront of 'girls'...who lacked dicipline...

Now if he doesn't change his ways soon, he very well could turn into one...

It'sno different than the Penn State students over reacting to Paternos fireing and over turning cars...

The young are just filled with testosterone and adrenaline...that's why they're recruited for the military...

 

Odds are no father figure was or is around any of them young people. But in this case if you kill off the illness the disease dies as a whole. Sad but true.

 

The only time you will find the parents of this POS is when you act to protect yourself and they come out of the crack houses they dwell in to sue you. Less chatter more splatter! problem solved.

 

i'm guessing ghost doesn't have a CCP.. Florida CCP says that you're not allowed to brandish your fire arm. if you pull it out you have to fire it, or you can be charged, and you can't shot to wound or disable (it becomes aggravated assault) gotta put 'em down for good.. You could fire off a whole clip in their direction and only manged to hit them once in the leg or arm and just be considered a bad shot, but anything else and you'll very well be going to jail if they don't die, i'm pretty sure they can come back and sue you too. so much for the escalation of force, there is none as long as they encrouch into your personal space and/or attack you first. in the case of your home or car, they dont even have to attack, just encrouch in your personal space and you can put them down and not be held accountable.. i can be sitting at a traffic light eating a snickers in my pickup with the windows cracked, guy/girl comes up and puts their arm in my window, and i legally have the right to put three rounds (or as many as i feel necessary to stop the threat) through my window CASTLE DOCTRINE baby!!!!!!!!

 

Ok, the consenses is to take the guy out....
