I understand what your saying, but lets change this around and say the drunk punk was the crossdresser and was messing with the cage fighter, the out come would still be the same.
The crossdresser in your post is not the weak link its the drunk punk.
The ones who pray upon weaker people should pay a heavy price for there actions, and if thats death so be it.
In the case of the two DA truckers its a wash, one dared the other(i'm guessing at this point) and the other took it.
When you get right down to it I'm a man that likes to live my own life but there are a few things I will not put up with, lairs, thieves and the like are vary high on my list of take'em out early and often. That also goes for people the pray upon the weaker in life that cant or wont defend for there self.
Now with that being said I also believe that if the weaker person picks the fight first and gets his or her ##### handed to them, he or she ask for it and got it. The out come may not be to there liking.

In other words you did not judge the crossdresser for being a crossdresser, they were minding their own business, as the old man was I suppose...

With the truckers, it's more of a mutual combat situation. On the subway fiasco, there is a huge difference between a controlled environment of a fighting ring where there are rules and a ref to ensure the rules are followed, and a street scene. I may get in the ring and get my ### stomped, without worrying that my wife will be raped if I lose. On the street, you don't know that all will be well win or lose. I'm not willing to gamble the life and well being of my family on the hope that the kid will simply knock me out and leave. That old man was too drunk to notice the danger he was in. A good friend of mine and I were involved in a very similar situation in which he was nearly killed and had to have extensive surgery to reconstruct his face. I was in bad shape but not near as bad as my friend. They weren't happy to stop after he was knocked out and as far as they knew when they left, he was dead. These were just kids hanging out at a McDonalds where we stopped to eat. Street situations can deteriorate too fast to trust that the kid is only showing off. One proper punch can kill or cripple a person. In that situation I would've backed up to the extent that I could, then being the reasonable man that I am, I would've defended myself vigorously with anything available to me.

 

And you know what, in that instance, I would of been cheering for you to win, heck, I probaly would of joined in and helped you...and together we would hold him there until the law showed up...

Although looks like they made pretty easy work out of their harracers...
The one guy even takes time to take money out of his attackers pockets...so calm, so poised...I just love that scene...

i just watched that, and it's a bunch of b.s... the man/woman with the black hair sneaked a punch on both of them ####### while they weren't looking.. they were messing with the one that took the money, and when the big guy grabbed the little guy after he hit the um... watcha ma call it.. the one with the black hair walked over and hooked both in the face, one at a time.. CHEAP SHOTS!!!! i dont approve of such activities..

 

I thought it was one of the most graceful, beautiful things I have ever seen... in terms of working together to overcome an obstacle...now that's what I call team work (or maybe it was the music)...(or maybe it was the fact they did it while wearing dresses and skirts and high heels)...

Either way...(or maybe it's how poised they remained...the way the blonde CD so calmly reached down and lifted that mans cash right out his pocket...like 'Hey baby, your going to pay me for that')....

OK where was I....Oh and I love the way they, the CD's just strutted off, not so much as even breaking a sweat....

And do you notice at the very end...the skinny guy was stumbling into the arms of every CD he saw...cause in reality he probably like them all along...
