There is a law that limits how much thc can be used in CBD. So yes. ALL CBD is safe.
The problem is the thc itself. Much like a drug test can detect if you've used in the last 6 months. thc doesn't consume and disappear. like alcohol does. It accumulates.
Once a year use you're probably alright. Every day use. Will fail you.
As long as your not subjected to random testing. CBD is a great thing.
For the rest of us. Don't be using.
It's been in the local news lately with so many people losing their jobs because of CBD.
CBD is legal with it's minimal allowance by law. And perfectly safe. By law. Something like .3% I think it is.

CBD oil: miracle cure or snake oil?
I remain relatively skeptical. I see the claims of miracle cures for everything that ailes you and it just sounds like the new snake oil. Sure it shows some promising results in certain areas, but I'll remain unconvinced for the time being.SteveScott and The Veteran Thank this. -

There are arguments for and against the use of CBD and other forms of the cannabis family. Not going to get into that. The bottom line is AT this time, the regulations clearly state the any use of any of the cannabis family or its derivatives are prohibited.
The key word is derivative. CBD is a derivative.
A google search will pull up the information. -

But anyways he has some chronic pain still (accident was when he was 17) and they would rather give him super addictive opiates that let him use the medicinal herbs our creator put here.
The system needs total revamp -
Interstate truck drivers are federally regulated, and all cannabinoids are federally illegal. It's not worth the risk in my opinion.
Additionally, I am convinced that the major therapeutic benefit of cannabis cannot be realized without ingesting THC. I speak from extensive personal experience.Tb0n3 Thanks this. -
Meanwhile, you can eat all the kratom you want
It's arguably effective for pain, and many use it to get off of opiates
The downside is that like opiates, most users tend to increase their dose rapidly, and the withdrawals can be problematic
