    You driving without any insurance, makes it your own fault losing your license for 4 years sounds like a good idea! Being stupid sounds like a pre existing condition ! And I mean that in a nice way!

    What tickets were issued, if the truck was deemed at fault, he is at fault period.
    .Were you cited for no insurance?
    I know laws are different state to state, but people get busted for no insurance all the time, I have never heard of anyone losing their license for it.

    I was not issued a ticket. I clearly heard the officer tell the driver the manuever he did was clearly illegal. It was right after a no u-turn sign. I think the one person is right. I had no business being on the road.

    I didnt see if any citation was issued to him. I was in a lot of shock for multiple reasons.
