I second that one. Many folks like the small mom and pops because a lot of them are throwbacks...old iron, manual shifters, some still use paper logs, but many of them also lack fire power, as in the ability to keep you running well enough to make a good living, and some are pinching pennies so bad, they will run suspect equipment. As far as manual vs automatic, while I can still drive a stick, if I had a choice, I dont know if I'd ever go back to a stick.
