CDL Background Check

First please let me apologize for not carefully reading your post. I saw that word felony and had a brain fart. Since you are already an employee there is nothing more to this. Your employer in most circumstances will be required to build a driver file and update it yearly if they have you hired as a CDL driver. Your good. Go get that CDL and go to work. There is absolutely NOTHING stopping you PROVIDED your post has all the information and you are not leaving an important point out.
