She has a cdl permit from Iowa, it was an accident in a POV no other people involved . this was before permit. Crst is now saying they wont accept the accident now cause she left before for a family problem , how is that even relevant?

Obviously if they give her a permit her license have not been suspended or revoked.
She needs to get the cdl in the state she lives in.
In my state if I took training in another state I would still need to take the test in my state.
Not realy enough time left on her permit to get anything done.
If she knows how to drive she can find a company in state that will rent her a truck and take the road test, then she can join a company that offers for that position.
Cdl with no schooling. -
Ok her permit doesn't expire until July, Crst wants to kick her out cause there guidelines changed when it came to accidents a week before she came back but yet they still brought her on board, they won't show her any paper or memo showing these new guidelines she is going up the chain as we speak. She tried calling swift and Carolina logistics. Swift can't use the permit cause its a temporary address and there state won't take that address but if she had her actual cdl with that same address they would take her. Carolina logistics said she has to have a permit in tn , va and I think two other southern states. I know someone has been through this before, what are her options? She doesn't have a physical address so technically she doesn't live anywhere, all she has is an Iowa cdl permit. Is there any company that can help her get her cdl, she will retake the permit test if necessary but she is stuck in a bind and she can't be the only one to ever be in this situation. I would really appreciate the help guys. Thanks

I too lost the mother back in 2004 and I miss her dearly. However the words I use are NOT intended to belittle or make you feel poorly about something that is not good in your own worlds away from the computer.
As far as I am concerned, there is NO company in the USA with the power to prevent you from attending a parents or relative funeral. They wont dare fire for that and also court is the other.
Ive tried to be nice. I realize that it's not always possible to convey certain things back and forth through a computer screen, but I hope that we can find a common ground here.
