This sends up a red flag. Usualy when a company requires this they have terrible driver retention.
If you quit before the year is up what are you liable for? I have heard of nightmares over it, not only can they go after you for the school but also tag on various service charges.

If a driver quits before the year is up, they are held accountable for the $2000.00 that was waived from the total bill. I have thought about this very seriously and am prepared for the worst if it should happen. I look at it this way, I have put up with some real bulls**t in my past two jobs (in the last 25 years) so if there are company issues that new drivers have to deal with or if there are retention problems, I can put up with it for a year and then go somewhere else. Water off a duck's back. Besides, where else can you get training AND get put up in a motel for three weeks for $500.00 and secure a CDL? I'm willing to put up with anything.

Right under the emoticons that you can see is a link that says "view more emoticons". A page will come up. Click on the one you like and it will automatically place it at the END of your message. So if you want to put thme somewhere in the middle of the message, you'll have to do it at the exact spot you want it, BEFORE you type anything else....

When you answer a post, on the left are the smileys. Click on view more Emoticons and a new window will open up. It can take a bit for it to load even with a highspeed connection...
