And after they work with you and you get all your fines paid off, then you can get your CDL back.
It is rather like owing money from an eviction. No one will rent to you until it is actually paid in full.

The Courts do have the power to remove professional licensing from people who do not pay fines and also fail to pay child support in particular. (Kinda silly how that works. Removes the main ability to make money to pay anything at all...) and probably issue you a warrant in the future should you continue to fail to pay.
Go to the courthouse and get started on that. Nothing else will proceed until you do. -

Clarify this for me...you went to get your CDL renewed and they denied you? Or did they send a letter in the mail telling you that your driving privileges have been suspended?
Edit
The tickets, you need to contact the county courthouse where the ticket was issued, have someone drive you there (you’re trying to avoid getting locked up) and pay the fine(s)in full. Then you may have to go to the State DMV and pay a certain amount of money to get your license reinstated. And finally, you will have to go to your local DMV and get a new license. Is your medical card valid?dptrucker Thanks this.
