CDL Road test questions

    Forward stop - Why is this such a... female dog? What driver in real life drives like that? At no point would I ever stop that close to another vehicle, person or building. Is this trying to teach us to avoid accidents? Why are we only allowed one opportunity to do this? Why can't we stop and then ease forward like with the back bumper?

    Straight back - This one makes sense.

    Forward offset - So we're not allowed to stop at all until we're finished with the maneuver... What driver in real life drives like that?

    Reverse offset/back bumper - This one makes sense.

    Pull forward without stopping, and then stop in a 3 ft box.

    Yeah they re-did the testing standards in July so that all states follow the same stuff.

    I know that it might not make sense, but you have to do what's necessary to pass the test.
    Ask the instructor for more time on the range if you don't have the confidence to complete the maneuvers. Get that CDL so you can make plenty money out here
