CDL schools-indiana

I know about C1 and vincennes schools out of indianapolis. Are there any good indiana companies such as swift that offer CDL training for free knowing its only if you agree to sign on for so long a time period. I honestly dont have a problem signing onto a company for a year or two if they are willing to do it for free. And also i dont want a school where they say they will pay for it but they mean they will reimburse you after you pay out your own pocket. I turn 21 this august, i realize that most wont hire you til then but is there chances that they will take you into the school before you turn 21 because they know by the time you graduate you will then be 21. Hopefully of all the rambling i didnt completely fry anyones brain like i did mine.lol lol
