If you want some big paychecks fast; look at tanker/hazmat.

    Schneider Bulk (tankers)
    Superior Carriers

Put in several applications; sort through the job offers and pick one. This way you have a job the day you graduate.

thank you , that means I will have to get my tanker and hazmat endorsement as well . I don't mind that but I just want to keep the ball rolling so there is no delay once I get my license.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Don't apply till you got your CDL. The reason I say that is because some companies that pre-hire won't hire you if you fail with the state the road test. Some give you a second chance.

These companies are ALWAYS hiring. No point in filling out applications just yet.

Watkins-Shepard has a terminal in Sayreville, NJ and hires new CDL grads.

This company and some others will reimburse you for CDL school tuition.
Schneider Bulk may also do this.

    Here's from Schneider website:

They have an excellent tanker program for new drivers:

[h=3]$6,000 tuition reimbursement[/h]Schneider is committed to the next generation of truck drivers. It’s the reason we offer up to $6,000 in tuition reimbursement to recent graduates.
