CDL termination finding no job

Few months ago I attended TMC but got terminated at the end of the program for hitting a curb on the road test. I was sent home. I took the road test and passed and Got my CDL. I understand I need to build my experience to find a good job but No mega companies want to even hire me because of the termination that TMC has put on me. Everyone mega companies that I’ve called have told me that I need to get experience to work for them. And I don’t know how I would even do that if no one wants to hire me. What do I do at this point , I’m very lost and jobless.. and just been doing DoorDash just been very much struggling.

 

Which megas have you applied to? Surely there is some company that would give you an opportunity.

Check with Tyson Foods they hire new grads not sure if TMC school would work for them but worth a shot

Schneider might give you a chance. They dang sure won't fire you for curbing out a trailer.

Do you still say you won't do OTR?

But don't let that fool you.

Being new at Schneider is no easy gig.
