Trucking is not your solution. Safety is ! The guy testing you at TMC is a
very good instructor , in my opinion, he did an AWESOME job, and hope he continues to doing a great job. Now for you, you will find a small company that
will hire you. I just hope you learne how to Drive a Commercial Vehicle SAFELY. Chinatown is the man on this site that has helped so many people find good jobs. GOOD LUCK

Did you even ask if it was a gentle touch or a hard hit before making your assumptions?
I have seen many rub a curb during thier first test that went on to be very good competent and safe drivers.
You see not everyone has nerves of Steele and some, even those that touch the curb during that first test are nervous because training is over and they do respect what they are learning and are more nervous than ever before.
One guy told me he was more nervous during his test than anytime before in his life. Had he touched the curb would that mean he should never seek a job in trucking again.
    I. Have had ####y people wheel threw the test with no issue only to hear later that ####y sun. Of a B wrecked a couple months out because during that training and testing he was hiding who he really was and once on the road he let it loose.
Bumping a curb during a test session is a fail and if its a light bump it justifies more practice and training not a scolding about his safety and uselessness as a driver.
Now if he was up on and over, failed 3 times or more you might be justified with a scolding and turning away.

    Numb Thanks this.

I went to their Green Bay Academy they give you 2 curb jobs before a fail. The guy i was with jumped the curb once. Passed, got assigned to his driver engineer and failed the last written test and was sent home. lol.
