Once you were issued your PA liscense, your NJ license should have been null and void.
It is illegal to possess a licesnse from more than one state at the same time.
You might have to do some leg work to get things sorted out.

I turned in my license to the PA DMV, so I didn't break any laws. I don't think it can be considered a suspended license. I think what they did was suspend my ability to drive in the state of NJ, which was the only power they would have. I just reinstated that right, so I'm hoping this issue won't impact me. I'll be getting a copy of my driving record for NJ to see what other issues there might be.

If they ask "have you ever had your license suspended" then you answer yes if in fact you've had your license suspended. It doesn't matter which state. Don't be foolish and try to hide a fact on a application. If they find out you lied, your driving career is over.

what is the dif between a suspended liscense and suspended driving privelage? isint the liscense giving you the privelage to drive? im so confused somebody else is way more qualifed to answer this question.
