Wrong. Hundreds of millions of dollars in debt for years is not hindsight. The people that floated you the money were risk / venture capitalist.

If the executives cooked the books on a publicly traded company, somebodies going to jail.

And for everyone to play the babe in the woods card is total bs.

Many are putting this on the auto plant strike. Well they had (3,000 trucks?), so who's moving all these auto parts now?

He believed there was no fire when he could see the flames and feel the heat. Hope is a great thing but let wisdom be apart of it

It means I'm done being interrogated about my motivation to stay to the end.

Plus, in many situations, if you walk out now, you're a voluntary quit. If you wait until they show you the door, you're eligible for unemployment insurance and retraining and whatnot.

Employee Class Action Regarding Celadon Group, Inc. Layoffs & Bankruptcy Filing
What is the class action claim?
Celadon Group, Inc. allegedly violated the WARN Act &/or state wage laws by failing to provide affected employees at least 60 days advance notice &/or failing to pay full wages including vacation time.

Who can join this class action?
Any Celadon Group, Inc. employees who were affected by the recent bankruptcy/layoffs.

Is there any cost to me?
No. All plaintiff attorneys are litigating this case on a contingency fee basis.
