Celadon closing up shop!

That’s a common misconception, 70 percent of the capacity is from small companies of ten trucks or less.

 

Good riddance. I could take on a few drivers. Better fire up some special advertising here locally for this. My yard is only 20 mins from Indy. Will be weird not seeing Celadon trucks all the time.

 

ShipEx seems to always help out drivers who find themselves in this situation, and I do hear good things about them.

Otta be interesting to see how all this plays out with quality leasing and the equipment that is leased to other carriers , as well as the operations they have in Canada and mexico .
I passed a celadon truck 40 in Arizona today and he looked happy as a clam .

 

Several have mentioned being stranded with no fuel, another couple fueled then went inside only to be told card wouldn't work and theys you have to pay cash.
