Celadon has sold its flatbed division

Ya they been sitting on about 200 empty flatbeds stacked up in Indiana at the new building they are (were?) building.
When I was with a and s Kinard we took 6 of them down to Savannah to use. Some decent trailers if those come up for sale and anyone is looking.

Next Celadon...will sell the Celadon division....the entire company...and will disappear

 

Negative I do not I never drove for celadon directly. Most I can say is all those trailers had celadon tags on them and I had to go by the terminal in indiana to get a key to the kingpin lock that is on all of them

 

I would load In Phoenix area daily del to socal and return to the loves in Buckeye AZ. I saw the cel flatbed pull in and park. And wondered when did they start that. For the next 8 days that truck just sat I would see the driver in the loves or In his trk. But I never spoke with him. I figured he would ask me to borrow $$$
