Im happy but seeing whats out there getting good miles good lease but in June we are moving to Fl. my wife job transfer so i'll be going from every 12 to 14 getting home for 3 ill be out 21 days about before home time I talked to Celadon they said they could get me home every 10 to 14 for 3 home

Ever look at Schneiders Choice program? It's not a lease to own but there are a lot of successful lease operators that are very happy there. You choose your loads and when you go home. No dispatchers or load planners. Down side is freight out of Florida sucks but you can usually get something decent going in.
Where in Florida are you headed? -
It is a lease to own program...
-
Clearmont about 1/2 hr from Orlando
-
That's true, they have both, short term and long term leases. I wouldn't consider any 12 month lease a lease to own and that seems to be the most popular "Choice"
-
Its a lease but you can pay the residual at the end of your lease if you want to and keep the truck
-
Yeah I know exactly where your talking about. I spent 20 years in Clearwater. Good area.
Check out the Schneider Choice program, the Schneider board is loaded with pretty happy lease operators. Drvrtech I believe is one of them.Bettsexpress Thanks this. -
True, but how many people can pay off the residual after only 12 months on a new truck? I'm guessing the residual on a 2016 Cascadia after 12 months is over $120k, lol. Not really a lease to own
