Mega carrier trucking companies are basically run like ponzi schemes. The driver works the hardest and gets the least pay. And so that is why sh--t head managers like you come on these forums pretending to be happy company drivers. Several points that prove your lying - if you had been driving with celadon for 6 years your truck number would be allot earlier than 5703xxx and in your earlier post you said "you closed down a drop yard in Laredo" and in another post you said you "integrated drivers from newly acquired tango into the system"
Both of those are not lowly driver functions but something uppper management would do.
So don't try to bullish-t a bullshi--r pal.....

 

My next job will not be with a mega carrier. I've had all the abuse I can take from swift, Werner, western express et al. Good luck at your next management position after Celadon goes down in flames.

 

I will keep DRIVING if they go under: somewhere else. I've driven 13 years for only 2 companies..my DAC is clean and my mvr as well; I have my FAST card and have been recognized for my driving performance at both companies. Tnx for your concern, tho.....good luck on your future...
