group of Celadon Group Inc. investors has agreed to settle its class-action lawsuit against the Indianapolis-based trucking company for $5.5 million, saying the recovery might be the best it can hope for considering the firm’s “uncertain” financial future.

Oh there is still a lot. The bigwigs that we’re manipulating the financials to cover the losses from Quality aren’t there anymore and I am sure we will have a lot to pay off from that manipulation of the financials: but, I think we will be able to do that over 5-10 years

That is a lot of money to be laying out. This article gives further insight into the malfeasance that had been there. It sounds like they have moved on, but only time will tell.

 

The investor group knew about that when they took over the company. The company seems to be doing pretty good right now.
