    The few Celadon drivers that I have spoken with all told me pretty much the same thing. If you keep your nose clean and take the loads handed to you then you will be fine. Yes, teaming for 6 to 8 months.

    There is a positive side to teaming. At least when you are new to driving you have someone there to help. Hopefully they are not new as well.

    Had a company give me a load to Discount Tire. The two employees just hung out watching me throw and roll those #### things one by one out of a full trailer. What a pain in the ### and so time consuming.
