That's a different matter then. Some states only allow verification of employment dates and pay, and nothing more. Not sure how the state you live in does it or the state of Indiana where Celadon is out of. That may be something for the labor board or DA.

 

I think what people are trying to get at here is hearing more of your side of the story. You're just rehashing what you've already said several times. You want us to believe Celadon blackballed you from getting rehired but you're not providing any kind of details as far as what you did when you terminated your employment and what you have found out about what Celadon is saying about you when people call to verify employment.

For all we know, you could be a disgruntled driver who got mad and quit under a load or abandoned your equipment somewhere.

 

I understand what your saying and I think you should leave them out of the application, you never worked for them, (if you know what I mean). I've had to do that and it worked for me. A friend of mine did that 2 days ago and got a very good job today, he starts Monday.

 

I think a Mod needs to calm everyone down so it doesn't go to far
