Walmart wants your phone records each month?

I questions the legality of making you turn over your cell records to them. I understand they can require their drivers not to talk while driving, but I would think it is an invasion of ones privacy to be forced to turn over your records.

It sounds like its prepaid disposable phone time. They wouldn't know you have that phone. If so, take a relative to go get prepaid phone at Target.

Walmart will just say something like... to insure compliance with new FMSCR law regarding cell phone usage and as a condition of employment you will be required to turn in phone records to prove non usage while driving, non compliance will result in termination. End of problem with privacy laws, also I believe while on or in company property you would have no such expectation of privacy either.
