After I have had a couple of idiots about bit me because they were paying too much attention to their cell-phones, and seeing a lot of these eastern-euro-trash idiots going down the road with the phone glued to their ears and weaving all over the place, I have no sympathy toward people who get caught with their phone in his or her hand. They have had warnings all over the place, and some people are either too stupid, overconfident, or like to use that " this law violates my constitution!" garbage.
