Cell Phone interrupter ?

    So I was at the lunch counter today , since work sucks anyway....

    And a company driver was ranting about his company putting cell phone interrupters in all the tractors....

    Is there such a thing and are the megas headed that way...?

    Sorry I don't get out much :)

    There certainly are ways to block cell phone use. Google "how to block cell phone signals." Actually, it just may be an idea that companies start going with. Hell, why not. They won't let you idle to stay comfortable. Why should they let you use your smart phone. . .:confused:

    Ya but could the companies say that using a cell phone while operating a cmv is an illegal use anyways....?

    You can operate a phone while operating a cmv with a hands free device. Nothing illegal about that. A jammer is 100% illegal.

    The problem with most of these is it would most likely block signals out of the truck too.

    And besides do you really think any of the megas would open themselves up to a lawsuit like that.
    Maybe a smaller company.
