Oh man sprint is pure trash I had them for like 6 months. My internet barely even worked.

I use TMobile unlimited plan, $89/mo it throttles after 28gb in any month but otherwise its great. I get LTE coverage almost everywhere, sometimes its marginal but mostly its good enough to stream netflix. I run mostly between Boston-Chicago-Cincinnati and except for a few remote spots in NY I have full coverage.
Also the phone you are using for it makes a difference. When I switched to the Pixel XL it has a more powerful antennae than my old phone and picks up signal much better. -

I am happy with AT&T unlimited data. It’s slower after 22 gigs used but I never have that issue.

For internet coverge. Att is really the only way to go. Specially with their plans to expand. Phones can make wifi calling these days. So any other carrier or brand don't really matter. Just wifi call over the att hotspot.
I would get the new nighthawk lte mobile hospot router though. If you want speeds comparable to spring and verizon. It's capable of gigahertz speeds. So it's 5g ready. Works on both cdma and gsm. AND the beauty. It offers the 5 gigahertz channel. The 2.4 channel just don't cut it -
