Center Stage Transportation

Let me please make two points. #1 - My husband who has 35 years O/O trucking experience and has done a lot of entertainment shows for the last 8 years has not met any of the people on either side of this "argument".

#2 - Back to the basics, this forum is a place to report bad companies and we would like to report our information from a factual standpoint and not from a standpoint of these personal outlashes at each other.

Here are our facts:

1) We spoke with Mark at Center Stage a few months ago regarding different ways of combining our resources to help further business with or for each other in the entertainment industry. Note - we own our own trucking company.

2) After a lengthy one hour plus conversation with Mark he gave us a lot of information that "seemed too good to be true". For instance: Jesse James/Sandra Bullock are one of their clients and they occassionaly come and stay at Mark's home in Illinois. John Bon-Jovi and wife are also occassional stay overs and Center Stage hauls their concerts. They do all the bike shows and rallies for Orange County Choppers and that all his drivers last year were paid in excess of $90,000 each in driver's wages. Considering all our years of experience we were curious as to why we had never heard of Center Stage.

3) Mark stated that he and his mother have been doing this for 19 years.

4) After doing our homework and research we found on an USDOT website that Center Stage has only had their ICC authority since December 2008, which is not even 1-1/2 years, let alone the 19 we were told.

5) On another USDOT site we found Center Stage has had at least 11 different insurance issues and has had to change to several different insurance companies. As of last night, they are currently with a "hard to place insurance company", which are surplus lines companies and used due to companies having multiple driving problems and/or payment and cancellation issues.

6) As members of OOIDA we have access to a database of member complaints of which Mark/Center Stage do have reports filed against them.

In summary, we simply found too many negative areas of concern and we have chosen not to further any sort of dealings with Center Stage. We can only suggest that any people interested in doing any sort of contractual business with unknown companies, should first do a little research themselves and then make an educated decision based on facts. You can then proceed or not as you are inclined to feel.

I worked for Mark(a.k.a. Sailor7103) for over a year. I know the dirty little secrets. I also know there loggon names because there is only 4 people who know that much information ,2 are at centerstage and 2 are here,I am 1 of thoise people.
Where to start?
First, The paper work didn't matter because it was factored with faxes,which were sent after unload. second,Rick did do $58,000 worth of loads and was not paid and still hasn't been paid. Other o/o still have not been paid. one of those owns all of centerstages trailers and has reposesed all but two of them from mark. One is still m.i.a the other has a kingpin lock on it.
Third, This is about me and I am Hoppin mad, so mad I have taken it upon myself to finish mark and centerstage! I was in Utah in route to pinckneyville Il over the weekend of March 6/7 2010, One of the o/o owed money told me mark said I was in his rental house/Office, and I stole from him. I was in pinckneyville all day mon and he didn't have the B**ls to come and ask me. Or to bring the law to my home, answer, lies.
Which is what he is best at, He was a bs'er in the beginning and since last november he has become truly delusional. Sandy and Jessie,John and Wife,Or anyone else famous or not would not go out of their way to stop in pinckneyville let alone spend any time in his one bedroom walk thru bathroom 800 square ft. office/ rental cottage. I was there in the office for 3 months and I never talked ,saw or met anyone more famous than me! I'm not famous.
I would be told " you'll never guese who I talked to after you left last night.
He does owe many local venders alot of money as of mon-15 march 2010.
He does owe o/o thousands of dollars.
He only has two trucks left leased to him unless he coned someone else and he won't be gettin saved by the local bank like he is praying for before Federal officers are talking to him if I have anything to do with it.
As for all the things I am accused of doing,not doing,well.
Ifta was held up because he sent two items to irp in one envelope with one check, before I was involved- Fix this Todd. He got temparary plate for multiple trucks and didn't pay for them before I was involed with it- Fix it Todd. He got between me and fleet-one fuelcard office to change checking accounts trying to run a scam and keep his cards on for another week and then dumped it back in my lap when it didn't work and thats exactly how I found out about it from fleet-one telling me when I couldn't access the acct. site.
If anyone would like to know anything more I'll be glad to share The UGLY TRUTH. It will set you free,Sailor will have to live in his own prison because he unfortunetly will never tell it. And Denise (a.k.a. chocolate cake) won't either.

Just a quick update on Cherokee's post I have gone thru several of the loads that your husband personally booked for Center Stage and have found numerous advances that he took from brokers and did not tell Center Stage about and sent us the invoice for the full amount of the load and was paid the full amount on the load. Also, we have checked out the past companies that he worked for (we should have checked these out more carefully before he started working here) and have heard nothing but what a scam artists and a thief he is which has now become very apparent. You can continue to post whatever you like about Center Stage but these are the true facts. You will find out soon enough when the attorney's have concluded their full investigation for theft and how much money you will be paying Center Stage for money we were shorted due to you taking advances on loads and not reporting it.

Glad to here from you since you ran out of town so quickly (not sure how you get out of a lease so quick on a house and move without prior plans). You can post anything you want to post but the facts still remain there were several invoices found on your desk that were hidden and there is no way that Rick Scott made that much money for Center Stage....which if you read another posts you will see that he stole about half of that. Also, you can't collect unemployment when you were terminated from a company and nor can you collect unemployment from a state you never supposedly lived in. Good luck with your new endevors with someone who isn't honest and did you also know that it is illegal to use company funds to pay for groceries and liquor without authorization that also is theft and you will be dealt with the same way that Rick and Rick and the other employees involved in this are being dealt with. As far as trailers we aren't using any of them and they are more than welcome to come and take them. You can post anything you want but when you don't do the job you were overpaid to do then it's very easy to blame other people. In my dealings with any company the word "TERMINATION" pretty much says it all!
