The only bad thing about CRST is that it'a an ALL team operation. Unless you do the lease purchase deal thru Malone. Excellent Driver Training.

no i am not a central employee i did my year there and moved on to haul containers out of the port in savannah. there was a guy in my class that upgraded the same day i did and i think his name was Shawn not sure where he was from. was just wandering if it was you . my name is william i hung out with travis a lot sound famillar? the guy shawn that upgraded the day i did failed and i do beleive his problem was crappy training and his second trainer did not have enough time to straighten out the mess that the first trainer caused cause i was in the upgrade truck when the guy upgraded if i remember he did every thing right and shifted pretty good but backing was his down fall

    Wrong

Central is owned by the Simon Family formerly Dick Simon Trucking which was purchased by Swift

Dick Simon was on the board at Swift after the buyout then joined his family who formed Central with the Swift buyout money and took all or most the customer base back from swift ...

I have read this thread and others by this 'driver' and it's interesting that he thinks his inability to drive is the fault of the company !
How about you pull on some big boy pants and take some personal responsibility for your actions. It also might be a good idea to stop throwing around the race card. So 2 white guys passed the test and you didn't, your point is? First blame the company and then blame the color of your skin, why not blame global warming, Mickey Mouse and Bart Simpson. You are 32 years old Shawn, you are wimpering and stomping your feet like a 12 year old. When you first started posting I think some drivers were interested in your story but the more you write and the more threads you open about the same topic has you on an island, you have no credibilty Shaun.
