I passed my 1st inspection today! Level 1 - full

AND I made it to my 99 on time. I think this was my last load before going home. Mac 13 and 10 min later "you have been preset. Please contact your fleet manager for the load details."

great that load says "very high priority" :(

Oh I know, believe me. I'm still just a little shook up over yesterday and what I saw.

Don't think the company is going to blame me. Didn't blame me for the other unpreventable I had so shouldn't this time either. Never know tho, do ya.
When the undersheriff gave me a ride back to my trk yesterday, he told me that "officially" he couldn't say anything since the report hadn't been written yet. "Unoficcially tho", they were clearly in my lane and that it wasn't my fault.
This is my 2nd wreck in 2 years tho. Don't think I can handle a wreck a year!!!

Panhandle, how will the nonpreventables work when CSA2010 rolls out?

I would ask safety about that next time you are talking to them.

Thats a dang good question and one that I hadn't thought of. Will ask today if I ever get my load out of National. 2 hrs past the drop dead time so far and still waiting.

    Panhandle,

Sorry to hear about your accident. Glad you were able to take action to prevent a more serious one. Good job. Hope you get feeling better. I know these things can take some time to get over. Hand in there, you'll be alright.

Man.. I've got some serious running ahead of me.. My matenience account is drained.. I had to get towed here.. I'm having to pay 600 to have a belt replaced and my coolinh system looked over.. And now 975 to have my dpf fixed.. Even tho it should be warrenty..

Guess what.. Guy before me was supposed to have prevenative mat. Done and had our dpf looked at around 200k.. But I'm at 270 and no ones ever looked at it.. This is the price I'm paying for a used truck.. I could have gotten a new 386 and been dealin with warrenty items.. Not outta my pocket..

I could make my ONE phone payment a month.. But I can't get ahead because of matenience.. Man.. Bootlegger.. I need some money guy.. Lol.. Jess.. I know you guys were l/o.. Do you know if there's a payment plan for me work here? Or am I gunna have to pay for this all up front like what came outta my check today?

900 dollars-268 for denver co kw to look at my truck.. -125 for parts... -100 dollar draw just to eat.. Gave me a 400 paycheck.. And I won't make a check for another 3 weeks atleast.. Low miles and all this work... I guess I'm gunna stay.. But somethings gotta give...

Sorry to hear your having problems!

JJ says talk to the owner Op department they might work out a payment plan, call them before the work is completed!

The DPF should be under warrenty look into it and also since your broken down and if its more then 48hrs central owe you some money or a loaner truck!!

Oh okay.. Thank you very much!! I appreciate the info.. Heh, I know you guys aren't fond of l/o program.. But I try to not flaunt or talk about it much.. So in a week this post will be long gone and someone new can take my advice as just a company...

Alright.. So talk to owner ops.. Their closed tonight.. Think in am will be okay? How does central owe me? Trust me.. I thought dpf was warrenty too.. But the warrenty guy and cummins doesn't think so...thanks for your advice jess!
