It's had two days to dry up some, then we have rain coming in tonite and tomorrow. Then drying up and then raining again Wednesday, possibly Thursday and/or Friday..
The record here for the month of December is 6.06 inches.. we are now at 5.72.. just .34 off the record. I think we may just break it.
But we're okay. We're dry, and William's roof is holding.. talk about a test! William is only 16, and had NEVER worked on a roof before. He re-did the whole west side of the roof this summer, mostly by himself.. and it didn't leak. Record rainfall, and it held.

He did very well with the roof! With more rain moving in that record doesn't sound too safe to say the least.GuysLady Thanks this.

Well folks, it's not official yet... but think 1955's record is now second best. According to my rain guage we got .45 inches last night. But we'll wait NWS.
