Best pay will be UPSF and FXF.

When it comes to p&d OD and R&L don't pay OT. Estes does after 55 hours.
When it comes to linehaul Estes and OD are similar. R&L pays their linehaul driver either a flat rate or by hour. Forgot which one.

YRC is a good starter company. Way better than Central.
Saia is run by Nazis with a camera in your face.
