I don't remember seeing another one with the new name on it. I probably got one and filed it in with some other paperwork. I always scan and download all that stuff when I get it. Ill try writing the FMCSA a letter as a last resort.

Was just saying that it was less hassle to use the service I linked to and just download versus screwing with FMCSA to get it for free or possibly less. Full price from the service was $17.50 and did not produce a lot of junk email (any I've seen anyway) or endless offers for more services.

May be late to post this, but when you apply for an MC authority they provide you a DOT PIN # and MC PIN # (may just refer to them as docket PINs, but you should receive two). Those will allow you to make changes/request certs. online for whatever fee. You can also fax a MCS-150 to them. http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/registration/updating-your-registration#Update-Online.
