Post only true stuff. I'm here for how long while now, been here several years. I say it like it is good, bad, or indifferent. Just be somewhat respectful is all, and don't tell lies..lol. Posting just so no one is blindsided.

I'll start with yes we been bought by Heartland Express, some like it and some don't. We're still CFI but under the H.E. umbrella.

CFI has been a part of more companies...CFI, then Conway, back to CFI, but still part of the Canadian company that owned Conway, then merged with Transport America...now Heartless Express...What, is CFI the troubled youth getting moved from one foster home to another?

Is Transport America part of the deal too, or Heartless Express just bought CFI?

Heartland Express announced Monday the acquisition of Contract Freighters Inc.'s (CFI) truckload unit and its logistics unit in Mexico from TFI International for $525 million. The deal does not include CFI's dedicated trucking business or its U.S. brokerage operations.

No, I know a CFI driver and he told me that Heartland did not want Transport America as part of the purchase. Some of T A had already been absorbed into CFI, but not all of it. When the Heartland deal came about, they stopped the takeover process and T A is remaining a part of TFI (the Canadian parent company).

We pick up Boeing loads out of the old XPO logistics facilities...many of their internal signs still say XPO...but I thought it was GXO now.

XPO still exists as the LTL. RXO is the brokerage spinoff, along with their fuel card and probably other stuff. GXO is the logistics/supply chain business. These companies just get more confusing as time goes by.

Just like the YRC ordeal. Have they settled on one name yet?
